Robb Field Community Garden

Robb Field Gateway Project

Educational Gardening

Our Mission

The mission of the Peninsula Community Garden Association is to foster sustainable agriculture in coastal San Diego by providing growing space and robust educational programming that empowers community members to grow food for their families.

Our inspiration project, the Robb Field Community Garden, is a full-scale community garden on 30,000 square feet of San Diego City parkland. The ADA-accessible garden will be comprised of 100 garden beds, a composting station and orchard capacity. Areas for gathering and an educational arena will serve as the hub of our community programming and educational opportunities.
